Uh breasts are priceless like diamonds.
There's a line in the latter song that goes: "You sure stand straight at Tiffany's" or something, so could it be that bras and diamonds serve the same function of helping one thrust one's breasts forward?

Breasts are wonderful, but not priceless. They can be had through various sites on the internet that cater to crossdressers.
