Hungry Jack is not pancake mix. Hungry Jack's the right name, though, so you get credit for that. Hungry Jack is a brand of refrigerated biscuit.

I bet you could make pancakes out of Hungry Jack if you were desperate enough, so I don't feel too bad about taking credit for it.
I think if I was that hungry, I'd just eat biscuits. Flattening them out into some pancakian facsimile would take too long. (Although I do love me some po' folk pizza made from Pillsbury biscuit dough and spaghetti sauce! Guess I know what I'm having for dinner tonight!)
